Where to invest my RD maturity fro 1 to 2 years

Where should I invest RD matured amount (approx 2 lakhs) for 1 to 2 years? Can you suggest good options at low risk?

You can invest in short term bond funds as your investment horizon is 1 to 2 years. Short term funds are open ended funds and you can invest and redeem any time you wish without incurring any exit loads. However, it is ideal to have a minimum investment horizon of 6 months for investing in short term funds.
